I got a new hobby. Decorating cupcakes! I haven’t attempted to try any delicious cupcake recipes YET. These cupcakes are made from the box. (Still yummy!) It took me quite a while to figure out how to build those flowers out of gum paste (thanks YouTube!!) so I’m pretty proud of myself. For the first time decorating cupcakes, they don’t look too bad right? I wish I knew a bunch of people who would appreciate eating my newfound hobby but for now it’s just me and the hubby. And Daniel doesn’t really care if his cupcakes look cute or not. I found out that I really enjoy baking. I love cute things and I love sweet yummy treats! So how could I possibly not love to make them myself?! I still hate cooking though. Cooking aint mah thing. In fact yesterday I burnt a pot of rice and made our whole apartment dark and smokey. How I always manage to screw things up is a mystery to me. I’ll just brush it off as a learning experience. ‘Always always google, never guess’ is what I learned from that experience.
